Dr. Suman Minda, Chairperson of the CSR wing of Uno Minda, was warmly welcomed and honored as the Chief Guest at the 5th CSR–Corporate Industry Conclave by Dr. Suhas Joshi, Director, IIT Indore, in New Delhi recently.

Speaking on the pivotal role of CSR, Dr. Suman Minda emphasized that Corporate Social Responsibility is far more than a statutory requirement; it is a moral commitment to create lasting change. She highlighted how strategic CSR can bridge critical gaps in education, skill development, and community well-being, especially when driven through meaningful partnerships between corporates, academia, and civil society. She urged organizations to view CSR as an investment in people and potential, fostering innovations that are inclusive, scalable, and sustainable.

Her vision for CSR as a driving force to bridge the gap between research, industry applications, and community development struck a deep chord with everyone present, setting the perfect tone for an evening of meaningful panel discussions and exchange of ideas.
