The Company's joint ventures are celebratory achievements with each collaboration boasting of something unique. The Group's partnerships are pivotal in continuing its evolution. While we have a strong in house Research and development team, we have also acquired access to advance technologies by joining hands with renowned foreign technology collaborators to shorten the time to hit the market and meet customer's immediate demands.

We have 15 Joint ventures with world renowned technology partners from Germany, Korea and Japan combining our manufacturing prowess with their technical expertise. Over the years, with the help of our Technology Partners, we have championed the cause of “Atmanirbhar Bharat” localising various auto components in India.

Our first Joint venture dates back to 1995 when we entered into joint venture with Tokai Rika for four wheeler automotive switches. The said joint venture has been run successfully for almost last three decades now commanding more than 50% market share in India in four wheeler automotive switches. Similarly, other joint ventures have been running successfully for considerably long period of time with market leadership in their segment.
