Uno Minda, a group that believes in consistent improvement, recently conducted its Business Excellence Through Simple Techniques (BEST) Convention initiative, themed "                ". The initiative included live projects presented by different divisions that showcased the best practices that Uno Minda follows across all its plants. Additionally, there were industry experts present who evaluated the presentations based on the following criteria: 5S, KAIZEN, CFT/IP, TPS/TPM, QC

The initiative provided valuable insight into the practices and protocols used globally that help minimize errors and increase productivity.
