Mr. Rakesh Kher, CEO – Uno Minda Parts and Service Division, recently participated as a panelist at the Confederation of Indian Industry’s 2nd Edition of the Automotive Aftermarket Conclave.

The Conclave aimed to sensitize and prepare the Indian Automotive Aftermarket for commercial sustainability by focusing on training and upskilling technicians in emerging technologies to meet the evolving demands of the sector.

Mr. Kher, in his address, highlighted the shift in customer behavior, stating — “Customers today search, compare, and verify parts before purchasing. They prefer branded parts, even if costlier, due to assurance, safety, and fitment confidence.”
